What to send

• A file that won’t convert. Tell us the device it came from (iPhone model helps), the file size, and the error shown on the row. Don’t email us the photo itself — we can’t (and don’t want to) receive it; describe it instead.
• A HEIC variant we don’t handle. Bursts, Live Photos, .heif/.hif names, 10-bit HDR shots — if one behaves oddly, the camera/phone model and iOS version are the details that matter.
• Wrong facts. An outdated compatibility claim, a settings path that moved, a platform that changed — corrections get priority.
• Feature requests. Output formats, size options, zip downloads — tell us the job you’re trying to do, not just the button you want.

We read every message. Bug reports and corrections are answered first, usually within a few days.
